The original is so very important and special to me as it will also be to many.. I’ve managed to avoid initially purposely and with time ease in seeing the sequel…. With the fear of it tainting my memories.
It’s sitting in front of me right now teasing me .. taunting me .. on HBO Max.

As sequels go, it’s pretty decent. But maybe lacks the gut punch of the original.

There’s now five books I think featuring the main protagonists with a good few spin offs focusing on individual characters as well.

I’ve not seen either film for whatever reason I was too young when it come out so slipped past me.

But Underworld born slippy, that 1st minute and 15 seconds or so of the song really gets to me, I love the start of that song.

Yeah Porno is a brilliant book inc. all the main characters plus it has the introduction of the legendary "Juice" Terry Lawson. Glue is also a fantastic read.

Always gives me goosebumps when I hear that intro - fantastic.

Oh, and you really should watch the film, both films - but definitely the original.
