have worryingly similarities to the January under MM when we failed to invest, dropping from the top two and eventually only just scraping into the top six?

Our rivals have invested and are kicking on, whilst we appear to drop off a cliff

I've said previously, but we're really struggling to score goals at the moment and not using the opportunity to try and add something else up front seems a massive missed opportunity.

Yes.

But we shouldn’t be surprised. The club have gone to a lot of trouble to change focus since - rather talking about the offers they rejected for players - but that story changes daily.

Bottom line is Evans didn’t invest. Again.
