Anyone know why after paying for Rotherham game ( and money coming out of account ) it would not allow me to watch , just kept coming up with UPGRADE ACCOUNT ! .... any tips would be appreciated , tempted to watch tonight if i can sort this ... Thanks in advance.

Not doubting the wisdom of TWTD folk of course but in the absence of any help on here there is a 'live chat' thing on their website where you can speak to a customer service adviser. They might even credit you for the issues you had against Rotherham if you let them know, worth a go.
I've never had such problems logging in on the couple of occasions I used it. |  |

No I was messing about, the iFollow product was fine and no bother accessing at my end. The ITFC performance was the issue.
Pays to be a little organised with it, I tend to log in 15 minutes before kick off just incase. Get to hear more of that wonderful radio Suffolk commentary that way too :/ | |
