A few of our loanees have made a real impact (Gio, Fraser, Lawrence, plus a couple of others I have momentarily forgotten after 1 or 2 glasses of red wine). However, the bulk have been rather disappointing.
Next season, I would rather us keep faith with some of our youngsters and give them some quality playing time, trying to get a team to play together, so they form some kind of understanding.
I can't help thinking that the standards of our once great club have declined massively since we started to use so many more loan players. |  | | |

There’s two explanations... Lambert is an awful manager (yes) and Wolves insisted he played a certain % of games (very likely). |  |
