Seen a few tweets recommending this Video from doctor at Queens in case you or anyone has early stages of the virus, apparently has been proven to reduce risk of second stage infection. Worth passing on.

Interesting, does not seem so far removed from Yoga breathing exercises except for when I have done them it is to a count of nine and then it is alternate nostrils (holding the other nostril lightly closed). Never thought about it as a way of opening up your lungs before, only as a way of calming mental states. The lying prone afterwards is an addition that intrigues. Wonder if Badger will comment on this?

Essentially he is trying to show what looks like a mixture of deep breathing and active cycle of breathing techniques. These are taught for certain respiratory conditions, but the way he demonstrates it isn't correct, and like the article says there's no evidence it will help with mild cases of CV.

I guess that at the time it helped people feel they were at least doing something.
