be cancelled next season to prevent fixture congestion?

Given that we may not start until October or potentially November, surely it would be beneficial to clubs if all the minor cups were cancelled for a season?

I get the point you're making but the reality is the best to be sacrificed is the FA cup. If the season is late starting then I can't see how you can fit it in due to all the preliminary rounds.
