“We’re hopeless with two up top”. Has he watched us with one?

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.
Poll: Which recent triallist should we have signed?

I don't think it would make any difference. When the midfield are leaving the midfield wide open and the defence don't know what the midfield are doing, who we have up top is a moot point. We're never going to score 3 or 4 a game to offset the weaknesses.

Lambert OUT. And yes, I am flouncing.

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?

There’s nothing he has to say that I’m interested in hearing. He is pathetic, as is his owner. Here we are after the most predictable of results. Little Ipswich giving it a go against the big boys - I.e. anyone in the top half of the table. Little Ipswich will go into Saturdays game as underdogs, along with the 3 games that follow and after the inevitable we will hear the same old tripe from Lambert. ‘Playing big clubs’’when I was a Celtic’’the lads gave it their all’’we were unlucky’’injuries’’no Devine right’ etc etc blah blah blah.

The reality is we cannot compete and the club will continue to shrink. Mid table will be an achievement this year. Get the bus out. Death by a thousand cuts. It’s so long since I followed a proper, real football club, I can barely remember what its like. Personally, it’s not good enough and hasn’t been for years. Thanks Sheepshanks, Evans, Keane, Jewell, Hurst, Lambert. Why don’t you hold a party when C19 is done and celebrate what you’ve done to this club.

He's talking about the comedy pairing of Marcus Evans and Lee O'Neill.
