A tie-in between Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the insurrection in the United States. Also, just a reminder of how this all fits with the wider news cycle that flashes before out eyes.
Pentagon leaders installed as part of Trump purge last month blocked DC National Guard from getting riot gear and ammunition as protesters descended on Capitol. https://t.co/zggrUhfRgo

This is a podcast from Michael Moore. Just listen to the first 2:30 mins. Seems the fat lady hasn't sung yet.
It’ll happen. White privilege and institutional racism will work in their favour. Stuff will go horribly wrong. Then some people will still act like it’s a random anomaly that came out of nowhere.
A large chunk of the silent media have as much complicity in this happening as Trump. I hope Wednesday was a wake up call.

“But hey, look over there, a BLM protester, isn’t that weird!?” - Agent Lowhouse, 2021.
ok, i don't do it very often but you can go on ignore for a few days in the hope that your current particularly nutty phase will burn itself out.
And so as the loose-bowelled pigeon of time swoops low over the unsuspecting tourist of destiny, and the flatulent skunk of fate wanders into the air-conditioning system of eternity, I notice it's the end of the show

So what you're saying is that the Russians have either infiltrated or are backing Antifa? Have I got that right .
Join the dots innit. We've got a cabal of super wealthy men who acquire(ed) their wealth and power through dubious means who want to do anything to hold on or increase both. It's cutting across the populist rubbish we've seen here and in the US..

That’s called “Government”, just depends whether they want to make it clear you are not free or give you the illusion you are free.
Representative democracy and more freedom on local government could go a long way to fix some of that issue.
Imagine a UK where counties had the freedom to decide if their trains were private or public? Or had the freedom to roll out UBI? We could like, ya know, test these things rather than shout about socialism being pie-in-the-sky.
The worst one I feel isn’t the illusion of freedom, but the one where everything is fine, the economy dictates all and there’s no other way to run the world.
