What could a new man do?
Get a proper fitness team to work with preventing injuries and managing recovery.
Play 2 up front.
Have a mix of tactics that involves creating chances to score rather thinking the aim of the game is to dominate possession in our own half (to be fair, we didn't try that one so much today).
Develop partnerships in training that he then utilises on the pitch.
Probably a professional manager with experience might have some ideas beyond the obvious too.

I think we do but then it goes along way when you look at the players who have gone eg Chambers not good enough at rb, so really kvy and Emmanuel would have been more than suitable for league 1 | | | |

A great example - Southampton v Liverpool, the players all out everything on the line and you could see what it meant to the manager.

I'm sick of these discussions. And this is not aimed at the OP at all. It's more that we are having them every week and nothing, but nothing is changing.
I seriously don't know what the tipping point is. Maybe there isn't one. Finishing 11th wasn't one. Losing 4 home games in a row wasn't. Losing 3-2 at home to Swindon also wasn't. Alienating yourself from the press wasn't. Any discussion of who comes in seems a moot point.
