That was literally the worst possible outcome tonight... 21:44 - Jan 26 with 1420 views | LeistonBlue | No points, but a decent performance and a convenient excuse for Lambert making Evans less likely to give him the sack. A turgid 2-0 defeat with 11 men would have spelt the end I am sure

That was literally the worst possible outcome tonight... on 21:53 - Jan 26 with 1060 views | Darth_Koont | Disagree. I think going down to 10 men finally gave the team a clear idea of what they needed to do. And pretty much showed that A) we’ve got good individuals and B) we shouldn’t be off the pace as Sunderland and P’boro weren’t great sides by any stretch. How we set up and play with 11 men is the real issue and that’s down to Lambert and the coaches.

I fear it’s more likely to be a lifeline than a nail in the coffin I’m afraid
That was literally the worst possible outcome tonight... on 21:55 - Jan 26 with 1016 views | mattyhollandsirish | Agreed its the worst possible outcome given the ready made excuse. Didn't particular think it was a decent performance. Yes, we dug in but we were as clueless as usual in the few half chances we had. Performance only assisted by how utterly awful Sunderland were.

That was literally the worst possible outcome tonight... on 22:02 - Jan 26 with 827 views | jeera | People already been texting in [radio] saying these kind of things. "He can't be blamed for tonight" was one. "Let's not turn this into a witch hunt" was another.

That was literally the worst possible outcome tonight... on 22:03 - Jan 26 with 795 views | Quilterstown | I thought Jackson was in an odd frame of mind even before the sending off. He was oddly nonchalent and unprofessional in a way that Mick Mills noticed. Getting the players in the right frame of mind IS the manager's job, as is not picking the ones who are in the wrong frame of mind. I suggest Jackson was in the latter camp.
