Where do you think you'd finish with this squad? 23:25 - Feb 9 with 507 views

Honestly?

If you were given a shot at the start of the season, and you were a rookie with no experience do you think you could get this squad above lower mid table?
I'm making assumptions that the players would accept and play for you.

Anybody think they couldn't scrape mid table, despite not playing in Germany?

It's like asking how far would they go if Chambers or Skuse were in charge as I have no idea how to manage a football squad and the senior experienced guys would take over.

7th I'd say because that's the pool of talent we're working with, unless your a decent coach and manager it's impossible to turn water into wine.

Our squad and players are VASTLY over rated. Just look at their records and achievements prior to coming to Ipswich, mid-table League One or top end of League Two. Look at how they performed in the Championship, sunk like a stone without so much as a whimper of fight. Look at how they performed last season, they were mugged off by anyone who could play.

The only players we have who have EVER been promoted from this league are Chambers, Skuse, Ward and Judge, all over 30. That says everything about the ability of this squad.
