Thursday, 25th February, the night monkey.

Night monkeys are the world's only true nocturnal monkey species, keeping their forest friends awake at night with their hoots and screeches. Not that noise really bothers the night monkey as it has tiny hidden ears so it can sleep well during the day.

Sadly, night monkeys are rapidly decreasing in number thanks to a variety of factors, including hunting, human biomedical experimentation and deforestation.
