Well, quite. A structure that appoints people to make decisions and fill roles rather than a half-arsed approach that stretches people beyond their capabilities. I wouldn't be averse to him having a role to play in some capacity, as you say, he's done good work in areas of his role. However, generally with new ownership, they will already have certain people in place for certain positions, and would he want to be a bit part player having been at the main table? He certainly has some good experience if nothing else, and in the right role, could excel elsewhere. |  |
