It's all well and good saying develop our own, until we start doing that and then it turns out they're not good enough for the here and now, which we've found out this season.
*Our fanbase seems to flit between wanting to trust in youth and also saying 'anything other than promotion is failure' - which is a nonsense statement. I highly doubt we can do both.
