Last season was bad enough to watch at games, so I definitely wont be going to training in the past.

Isn't he concerned that other managers could get wind of his tactics?

I guess there's training and training. Fans will probably be allowed in for open sessions when they do skills/fitness etc but maybe not for pre-match preparation days . Quite a few clubs' training grounds are fairly open anyway. I took my lad to watch Feyenoord training once outside their ground. Loads of fans there, singing and waving flags etc

When Roy Keane let fans in to watch training he asked that they didn't come on Fridays when they were working on things like set pieces, the precise team set-up etc.

It was more a light-hearted comment about Cook's predecessor being a little, erm, paranoid about training sessions and other teams wanting to spy on us of all people!

That was Hurst, wasn't it? Said he was aware Leeds knew our team when we played them.

Didn't Lambert want the fencing put up so people couldn't see through? Or am I being daft?

He just wanted more blue around the place. You can see through/over it anyway.
