Yes, especially that it's currently a 28 horse race, with great uncertainty as to which 24 will remain at the start of the season proper. Of the 24 teams from this season's L1, Only the top 2 and bottom 4 at present can be said with certainty not to be able to win L1 next season. That leaves 18 who can. Add in the three coming down from the Champ. Add in the top 7 from L2, any of whom could still theoretically win L1 next year. So that's currently a 28 horse race.
