For what is essentially a sport where you are trying to kick your opponents head in, it's incredibly dull.
Just two people standing on one leg and dangling the other out towards the opponents chest.

I won't pretend to understand the rules of Taekwondo but it's a shame she lost after being ahead with only 8 seconds to go. Good effort nonetheless. |  |

Opposite for me, the taekwondo is the one i've enjoyed the most. Although having double brits in the final probably helped me along. I'm looking forward to the golf and the field events. |  |

Opposite for me, the taekwondo is the one i've enjoyed the most. Although having double brits in the final probably helped me along. I'm looking forward to the golf and the field events. |
It's a shame we've lost a couple of finals in the last few seconds but has been good to watch. Just saw the men's team gymnastics which is just ridiculous, don't know how they do it. Looking forward to the golf as well, have caught a bit of the rugby sevens and we look good for a medal in that. |  |

I can't get my head around that Russian gymnast who had what sounds like a pretty horrific injury three months ago. Just won a team gold and going for every individual category as well. Bonkers. | |

The swimming, the road race cycling and the rugby 7s have been the best events so far in my opinion.
