1 half of being high pressed by a solid league 1 side ( their rise under Jimmy shouldnt be ignored) A typical town goal to concede And an OG getting us level... that's Ipswich of recent history no?
Then 2nd half. Burton begin to fade as expected. We start to get a hold of the game and have a pen. Up steps a pen specialist. Who misses.
We then have half chances. Whilst Burton huffed and puffed and then we gift a pen and its 2-1 and they win.
Today was a typical ipswich game wasnt it.
Before Fraser steps up.. you think score and it's a win. 10 seconds later.. the whole concept changes.
Positives in everything. KVY again getting through a battle.. I say it every week but feel its vitally important for him. Pigott with well let's say a strikers assist.
Evan's with his set piece.
Negatives. Fraser playing the judge Wideman role. Dont get it. A loss. Injury numbers creeping up.. andy rolls history following him or just bad luck?
Anyway. Onto Tuesday. Hoping a new backline may start to help those in front and offer them more freedom with belief that they dont need protection.
1 point from 6. Not great. Tuesday I'll agree with all we do need to see a win for supporters as well as cook and the team. I don't think today will all doom and gloom but 3 games even with a gelling team you do expect at least 1 win if you havent had more.

Our goal and most dangerous moments was OG. That’s a concern
I'm not that surprised tho.
With fraser being used incorrectly. We are asking a 17 year old kid to do his role instead. With Dobra.. we know hes attacking but hes still in development.
Imo. Not 1 of our attacking players today were in their best positions.
Hopefully going forwards we can get some normality to the lineup. For that tho if fraser is on the pitch it has to be central. Otherwise no point playing him imo.
After years of misery it’s becoming increasingly difficult to bear but we really do have to try and hold our nerve here. A club and fan base United behind Cook constitutes our best opportunity of turning things around…….it is really difficult though as even i (as a big Cook supporter) am getting a bit worried.

The fraser usage is my biggest concern.
As the most avid PC fan, I just cant see the reasoning.
If you want goals. Then you want the leagues best play maker playing in the role that made him the best playmaker in the league.
The other areas is about time. Defence etc. But I struggle with the fraser thing.

That's down to PC though, his choice.
Who are u referring to as being 17? Dobra is 20 if that's who you meant.
