Fraser. I don’t think he has enough of an all round game. No pace. Not physical. I’m not sure how many of these little guys we can accommodate in the team. I can see he has a nice pass and I’m not pinning it all on him.

If this was a lambert win he would have been saying we were terrific. At least cook sees that it wasn’t convincing against a very poor side.

We don’t have many players finger pointing and talking to team mates. Shrewsbury noticeable had three or four guys all directing stuff. That’s what’s needed in tough moments.

Bonne reminds me a bit of billy sharp. All action, never giving defenders a rest and good finisher. Will we get to keep him? We’d be struggling without him.

Fraser is a class act , he is involved in most of the goals this season or goal attempts

Not sure that is true.

He is soft, slow and slows things down. Occasionally there is a nice pass.

I am not convinced. But he may be out of position.

Very happy with the win today!

As others have said though, the post match interview from Fraser is a slight downer. Clearly not 100% on board with how he is being deployed. Interestingly said he prefers Evans number 8 position, and not the number 10 that many on the board have been baying for. Personally I’d happily give him a shot in place of Evans and see what he can do. PC clearly has other ideas though.

Fraser is a classy player, but can drift out of the game. It's between him and Chaplin for the no 10 position, then Celina vs Edwards on the left of the 3. None of them are a shoe-in like Burns is on the right.

Of our serious candidates for the front four positions, I think Fraser is the one at biggest risk of dropping out when (/if) all are fit and available. Edwards, Celina and Chaplin all ahead of him in my reckoning for roles on left or No10.

Thought Chaplin showed some good signs today in terms of link up.
