Ralf Ragnick is one of the best minds in football, and developed gegenpressing. He is known as the professor in German football, Thomas Tuchel is a big disciple of him.

He worked wonders at Red Bull, especially in the recruitment department, and stepped in to an interim role there after Ralph Hassenhutl went to Southampton.

I think he is largely better suited to a Sporting Director role now, and is one of the very best. United should look at him to head the whole football side of things there in the summer - they need someone like him.
