Interesting that it's the protection of the country's citizens during a pandemic which has him worried most.

Oh no, farewell, auf weidersehen, goodbye, etc.

Its almost like the Conservative Party is largely made up of utterly self-centred bigoted and incompetent sociopaths.

"Backbench Tory MP Andrew Bridgen said Mr Johnson was "running out of time and out of friends to deliver on the promises and discipline of a true Conservative government".

"Lord Frost has made it clear, 100 Conservative backbenchers have made it clear, but most importantly so did the people of North Shropshire," he wrote on Twitter."

I think Bridgen may have misunderstood why the people of North Shropshire elected a representative of the only national political party with rejoining the EU as a policy.

The context in which he's talking about a 'true Conservative government' speaks volumes about what his Very Real Concerns might be.

None of these Tories cared much about liberty when voting to massively restrict the right to peaceful protest or to arbitrarily remove citizenship from people. It's almost like they only care about certain freedoms for certain individuals. I'm starting to think these Tories might not be the caring, principled folk that I thought they were.

Or, indeed, the right to vote!

Even Tories dislike other Tories, and yet the public allow themselves to be duped into voting for them. Incredible.
