Well if you refer to the Loughborough Univeristuy study, that states that there has been a small drop in the number of children in poverty when measured across the whole of the UK: https://www.lboro.ac.uk/news-events/news/2022/july/1-in-4-children-living-in-pov "New figures released today show 3.6 million children are still living in poverty in the UK, down 200,000 (-2%) on the year before." Can we have a citation for this "up throughout the whole of the UK" assertion?

In one year (as we’ve come out of covid). Same study mentions a 7% increase for the same region since 2010/11, also the reversal of good progress made to mid 2000s nationally. Irrespective of selected comparisons, it’s nowhere near good enough.
