Yes we weren't great at finishing chances but the rest seemed to be pretty good bar a few defensive cockups putting us in trouble.

With just one guy up front it’s always going to be really difficult. Need two up there at least, blitz them out of the game in the first 30 mins, then play fancy keep ball. It’s League One not the Champions League! Put defences under pressure & they’ll panic & concede. Early days though, perhaps we’ll simply play everyone else right off the park? |  | | |

I don't know how much better we can get but I do know we're nowhere near good enough to get promoted yet. Whether our inexperienced unproven manager can improve us to the required level remains to be seen. And yes both teams were shoite today. | | | |

Played some nice football generally, and unlike the end of last season actually created some clear cut chances. Unfortunately must be more clinical in front of goal. I still think we need to sign a proven goal scorer.

I wouldn't sat sht but it really was carbon copy of last season. Pretty much dominated but only really looked like scoring twice in 51 second half minutes. The pub teams will yet again have a field day sitting 10 behind the ball for 95 minutes.
We lack yet again a proven scorer to rescue the day. McKenna's teams don't score enough. | |
