Yes, I found this out a couple of years back when I was bored and looked on EBay. I saw a couple of restored Rayleigh Choppers a few weeks back

They also go for ridiculous amounts of money!! (If only Id kept one) Mt first car was a Triumph Herald, and I had a look at one of those a few months back and could be very tempted

The ones I saw were in a warehouse we were taking over, it was full of all sorts of weird stuff. The Choppers were £6k - can’t remember if that was single or for the pair. Think I just saw that FS1E’s and Choppers were still being made in the 90’s, I thought they were mothballed in the 70’s. I had a Tomahawk which got stolen - but thankfully returned the same day to our house by a copper - not sure it would be found and returned these days. I think getting a Tomahawk rather than a Chipper remains one of my biggest disappointments in life.

I had a racer after the tomahawk - but it had some sort of chain problem, it kept slipping gears, I think it had three gears but I wanted five. I never had much success with two wheeled things.

they can be unstable, difficult to handle and its seems like they have a mind of their own bit like woman really and I've never had much success with them either

I had one of them, within 6 months I'd stripped it down, painted it black and fitted 'cowhorn' handle bars to it, my old man was not impressed.

Yamaha Fizzy/Fuzzy on 13:23 - Sep 18 with 689 views | jeera | I rue the day I parted with mine. But it's current worth wouldn't be relevant if I'd kept it, because, unless forced to say goodbye as I was back then through circumstances out of my control, I wouldn't want to sell it.
