Strange one

One of our pooters - which has just been put back up after a period of absence - prints landscape when you select portrait and portrait when you select landscape.

Odd job Rob has googled it and tweaked a few things but to no avail.

Where are you changing the printer settings? Word or in Admin?

go to Printers in admin (Type printers in search bar) and select your printer and then Preferences there.

Just turn your printer round 90Â°.

If it then prints upside-down then turn it the other way 90Â°.
