There's an audio recording where Trumps lawyers are mocking him because he's got no money.
His Superpac only raised 40 dollars a month or so ago instead of millions.
He has tried to raise money from Hurricane Ian even though it missed Mar a lago.
And now this. It's a DOA law suit and precedent says it's got zero chance. The arguments he is using have failed many times before and cannot win this time. It's a distraction from the documents case.
It seems that Trump has still got a stash of documents somewhere and the DOJ have asked Trump to return them. If he doesn't and they search his other properties and find them there then he is guilty of Obstruction of Justice. He will have no defence and any delay tactics won't work as he's used up all his tokens. He's hoping that the mid-terms give the GOP the house and the senate and they stop all the investigations surrounding him.
If he can just hold out until the Presidential election then he's home free.
The Supreme court might revoke an act (I forget what its called) that will effectively mean that states can operate their elections anyway they see fit.
So voting becomes meaningless as each state will chose their own representatives and senators regardless of the votes cast. The GOP currently control 30 of the 50 states so goodbye democracy and hello locked in GOP Authoritarianism forever. |  |

Perhaps he could ask his pal Fartrage to show him how it is done.
You set up numerous political parties (business actually) so the rightie dullards can hand over money in some deluded belief they are fighting back against brown folk, 'British' things being banned or wokism (or whatever Fartrage thinks will fire them up).
Then simply fold the business* and say you are going into retirement. Before starting over again.
