I can’t imagine still paying for Sky in 2022.

It must be what, £40-50 a month these days? Feels like a dated concept to even have it full stop with the way online streaming has evolved. You can watch most sport live elsewhere too.

I have tried the alternatives but no where near as simple, convenient or easy to deploy in multiple rooms. Pains me to say it (and pay it)

I looked at NOW (I know they are Sky owned) but Sky was just superior to all other options if I want to watch football legally. I pay £68.50 a month (includes internet). Not proud of that but I do get my money worth to be fair.

According to UK networks it’s a problem with an underground cable. Just had another hit minute ago.

Jesus I’d rather pay someone half of that to keep me off the TV. That’s like a good game (or two) a month on a console if I did wanna be glued to it too.

Smart tvs don’t tend to record multiple channels simultaneously , series link, record on demand from an app or have all channels we watch. Not sure what a console would offer.
