Sitters and other gambling degenerates on 20:04 - Feb 28 with 1382 views | HighgateBlue | There's also a Constitution Hill in Norwich. But presumably he's named after the one in London, near Buckingham Palace. Anyhoo, I confidently expect him to win the Champion Hurdle. He's a really really special horse. He's won each of his races by more than 10 lengths, including winning the Supreme at Cheltenham last year by 22 lengths. Clearly he's already very short in the betting (I had a few quid on a while ago at better odds, such has been his invincibility thus far). If you don't fancy the risk for such little reward, maybe State Man for a place is the bet in that race. I fully expect him to come second. But of course, you never ever quite know with horses.

But it’s the best hurdle race in the world and he’s 1/3. So best case is to just enjoy it or back him at 2/1 for it like I did back in April of last year.

At 1/3 I wouldn't be touching him. He's still very "green" in racing terms. Usually, you'd be looking at double the number of wins/races under his belt before a Champion Hurdle. He's a fantastic sort, of that there's no doubt, but 1/3 is too much of a risk for me.
