He was loving it… I think he played Depeche Mode at least three times.
Then stopped taking requests for songs that were clearly football ones…. So we asked for Human League’s Don’t You Want Me… which he immediately stuck on thinking we couldn’t do any damage with that…. Conor Chaplin baby!

I’ve not been up there for years, but now have a cousin who lives in an apartment that was used by Laurel and Hardy when they appeared there, so I tempted to visit. Blackpool, like Wigan and Brighton, have finally decided to cash in on things they didn’t want to know about?

I’ve not been up there for years, but now have a cousin who lives in an apartment that was used by Laurel and Hardy when they appeared there, so I tempted to visit. This was the bar opposite Walkabout, but yes, it was only Northern Soul in that one… I think it was simply called Soul Bar.

A group of us were in the Soul Bar, Walkabout area all night. Strange when you've had a few beers hearing great music town fans singing Wev'e got super Kieron McKenna every where you thing what a great place. Then the morning after out for a post fry up walk you think its a bit of a cr@p hole.

No there was a mixed bag being played. Even a bit of soulful house.
