Indeed, I heard some weeks ago he's looking likely to come here, but later in the window once Palace have had their tour. Probably should have given him the odd mention in passing here and there more recently to keep his name in the loop.

I’m not sure if it’s relevant but Burns has been drifting inside a bit more in pre-season. That could be one way to accommodate a right winger. I know we are trying a few different set-ups to take into the championship. I think we will surprise a few teams at the start of the season as we mix things up a bit and all they’ll have is videos of last season. Exciting times. COYB | | | |
