Can someone help me here - what is the logic behind a South and a North league, if the teams are playing each other across the two leagues?
Is it purely to balance promotion teams, so the league above doesn’t become too South (or North) -centric? |  |

You play teams in your league home AND away, and teams in the other regional league home OR away - so means 29 games rather than 40ish which would be too many | |
