Following day wasn't it. All primed before Eustace was sacked.

They're now 6 points off relegation. What a great job he's done.

Just said the same thing to the missus after the commentator stated Birmingham are showing progression under Rooney!

Eustace was sacked on the 9th October; Rooney hired on the 11th.

ETA - Started to look at the points gap Town had back then compared to now. We’ve gained one on Leeds but lost one on Leicester and Southampton. As for the rest - where to start? Wow.

Well, they have progressed by 8 points since then… whereas we’ve progressed by 24 points since then, in comparison.

What's mental about that is that Leeds have picked up over 2 points per game in that time, which is title winning form, yet are further away from us than they were then!
