I saw the headline earlier. It's getting to the point now where I find it hard to bring myself to read these stories which are illustrations of the suicidal path the human race is on.
But we have to keep reading, we can't ignore and pretend it will go away. We have a duty to the future of our families and all of life on Earth.

Stopping reading media has been lovely, I only now see glimpses through twtd. Just being fed pointless angst on whose agenda and to what gain? No duty here, and not a power to change anything.

I can sympathise with your point of view. The overwhelming likelihood is that you're right and that we'll all pass through your position at some point. Some won't see anything of course, except their own reflections as they scream "it's not fair, why can't I keep doing what I've been doing?".
