Not sure there much evidence for civilisations as such, but obviously a large land mass that connected the UK to Europe was lost after the last ice age. But i think the material discovered from it is predominantly mesolithic hunter gather type or older. Elsewhere in the world who knows?
I would add that the past, especially pre history is a constantly altering narrative and they way we currently see the past can easily change by one unexpected discovery.
