Section 42 of the Gambling Act 2005. Cheating while gambling is a criminal offence and having inside knowledge of an event and placing a bet on it is cheating.

The number of these coming out of the woodwork now though, raises all sorts of interesting issues about how things are done in the Rishi camp. Is he dropping information deliberately or just carelessly?
