The Bristol body in a suitcase story then. 11:29 - Jul 13 with 2284 viewsBlueBadger

Pretty horrific, I think we're all agreed.

But imagine being this bloke - you'd never make another dad joke, ever again.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

I get the feeling that this story is going to be huge. Why would you dispose of a body at that bridge? In this day and age cameras are everywhere and there is no escaping witnesses. My mind is toying with that he wanted to be caught. A bit like that chap Israel Keyes in the US and number of years ago. I also heard mentions of South America. Could this all be linked to the big cartels. This story has my interest a great deal. Hmmm?

Stop reading James Patterson novels would be my advice here.

Surely you only read one, keep reading because of all the hooks and then get to the end and think 'Well, I'm not doing that again.'

I can't imagine what possible reason there could be for being in a location with a wide, deep river far below whilst in possession of body parts which you want to dispose of.

So where would be your preferred location for lugging a couple of suitcases of body parts around ? Gatwick Airport (I hear that the parking is good.) ?

L think what the 'James Paterson' post was getting at was that a 'spooky' location with cameras that could show you to those who need to know but not enough fr clear identification by the authorities due to night time lighting could be a good 'don't mess with me 'cause I am the meanest' modus operandi for a ruthless (but amateurish) criminal to show off their merits either as a hitman or a clean up accomplice.

Not local then, because there's plenty of places to drop stuff in the Severn that aren't as obvious and are just as effective.

My brother in-law is a police detective in a neighbouring force and initially was helping out with the investigation. He was loving it too!
