Know nothing of this Blades defender, he could be great but even if McKenna plays 3 at the back quite frequently this year we have Greaves, Woolfenden, Burgess, Edmundson and Tuanzebe who are all central defenders. Clarke and Johnson too could certainly play right side of a three. We're stocked aren't we? Wheras with Morsy, Luongo and Taylor our only real options in midfield, we're dreadfully light. With Phil saying that interest in Hamer is wide of the mark, talk of Skipp, Sheaf, James and other central midfielders going quiet or seemingly coming to nothing, I'm a little confused.just how many central defenders do we need and when are we going to address the gaping holes in midfield?

Either our recruitment hasn’t gone completely to plan or we are very confident of getting our midfield targets but they are not available until the end of the window.
Have to admit I’m beginning to get a tad nervous. Our initial recruitment was excellent but we are leaving it very late to bring in what we still need. |  | | |

Midfield, three fit players for two spots.
Attaching midfield, Wes, Omari, Chappers and Harness
CF, Delap and a half fit Ali.

I'm desperately trying to follow peoples thoughts and just patiently waiting for incoming
But the competitive football fan in me just can't believe we start the season on Saturday with such a poor squad to select from.
5 loans allowed. 2 from one prem club
150,000 players worldwide
Money to spend albeit we don't know how much exactly
Yet we have 0 network. No head of recruitment and we go into the season without a top striker. No LW. 1 midfielder who may do well in prem but not sure
The longer we wait the harder it could be
Teams have less time to get replacements
We could be rock bottom on -10 points looking like the relegation favourites most expect us to be.. attractive then?
