I was just assuming that any promoted club would have to follow the same PL rules. And from what I can see it doesn't compare to what we've done.

They were only in the championship for one season after a long spell in the Premier league. I would think their ground pretty much met all the requirements already.

It'll be there, but it will most likely have been designed into the stadium given that it's fairly modern.

It looks as if it straddles the half way line and uses the top few rows opposite the technical areas.
