We're looking at home here now, aren't we? 19:08 - Nov 24 with 1066 viewsDubtractor

There was a niggling doubt in my mind after Brentford that we might just end up making up the numbers a bit, having a go but not really able to get results, but the last 3 games have been hugely encouraging.

Anyone still think O'Shea was a bad signing? He was absolutely immense today.

Proud of every single one of our team.

Yep. A little bit below par individually (against Man U's squad that is valued at £850M anyway!). But we make up for that in spades in terms of pur preparedness, work ethic, team spirit, etc. And we've some quality too where it matters.

I think the back injury was playing a part in O'Shea's start with us. Was great against Leicester and Spurs too. I still feel for Woolfenden, and he will probably go in the summer, but that's something personal I need to get over.

My doubt about whether we were out of our depth came after the home game against Everton. That and the collapse at West Ham. I was more annoyed post Brentford but there were enough signs of something, especially coming back to 3-3 with ten men.

I really like woolfy, and think he'll still do a job for us over the season, but we're definitely seeing why o'shea was signed now.

I guess the moral of the story, is don't judge a player on a small sample of games!

I think the judgements may have not been so prevalent if we'd known about his back injury sooner, but understandable McKenna kept quiet about it.
