Can't see us being in for a 25 year old midfielder without a single full Scotland cap.

22 year old on the fringes perhaps. But this window doesn't scream development project but battle hardened, Premier League experience or absolutely top drawer Championship player at worst.

How useful would a squad place be for a player likely to start behind Morsy, Cajuste, Phillips, Taylor and at best be a replacement for Luongo?

Very weird story.

Went to Olympiacos, loaned out straight away to Estoril who he then joined on a perm the following season without ever being at Olympiacos.

Smells of some kind of dodgy FFP deal.
