They are a good side. Everyone seemed to be getting a bit ahead of themselves before the match thinking we’d win this. Every single match in this league we’re up against better players with more experience than most of our squad. It was always going to be hard. |  |

The second half of the first half maybe. We didn’t touch the ball in the first 30 minutes or so. But we still didn’t cause enough problems even in the spell when we’re weren’t being totally outplayed.
Oh well, at least we’ve an easy one next to bounce back. | |

Thought we had a good first half, could have gone ahead but solid in defence so an ideal platform to push on. Second half we were weak in midfield and couldn't get Broadhead or Delap into the game.
Defending tailed off second half but their first was an unfotunate deflection, the second was coming from the pressure they were putting us under and we weren't getting out of our half.
We'll beat City on Sunday and today will be forgotten. |  | | |

Until the goal, I thought we were in it but they stepped up the gears and we ran out of ideas
I thought we had got performances like that out of our system but clearly not! [Post edited 16 Jan 21:46]
