Subs 23:38 - Jan 16 with 939 views | TractorWood | Thought they were pretty poor tonight. Phillips had just been clattered and was limping. Cajuste comes off. Burns was having some joy but Omari was frustrated and fizzled out. Burns comes off. 2-0 down. Making like for like subs.

Subs on 23:40 - Jan 16 with 899 views | Trequartista | Agree, I thought Phillips and Omari were coming off, but disagree they were like for like. Burns was playing wing-back and Taylor came on as an attacking central midfielder.

Subs on 23:41 - Jan 16 with 855 views | Garv | The naivety to keep playing and not kick the ball out when Phillips was hopping on one leg was ridiculous. It led to a good chance for them and Walton bailed us out with a very good save. I think when we're struggling like tonight you have to keep Omari on, just in case of a bit of magic. We do still lack a bit of cover over there though, it'll be interesting to see how versatile Philogene is and whether he can play both sides.

Subs on 23:47 - Jan 16 with 811 views | bsw72 | They wanted to rest Cajuste with his knee problem before Sunday as Phillips cannot play against his parent club. Not ideal but pretty sure that was the reason.
Subs on 23:48 - Jan 16 with 797 views | LankHenners | The final subs were ready to come on at 1-0 to be fair and we went more attacking with them than maybe planned (Phillips off for Clarke rather than Broadhead). Agree thought Phillips would have been the one to make way rather than Cajuste but maybe we're still in 'load management' mode with him and were preserving him a bit for Sunday. It's the case every week in fairness (and not really anyone's fault) but you look at what we had on the bench compared to them and it's almost laughable isn't it? I didn't look at it and think there was much on there that would be able to come on and seriously affect the match whatever state it was in.

I'm not saying they would have changed anything as the 2nd half was perhaps as underwhelming as I've seen us this season.
