I will be fairly proud of our team finishing 18th considering even Southampton and Leicester should be above us on paper. My heart told me we could scrape 16th or 17th in August, but my head has always accepted that relegation would arrive come May. [Post edited 5 Apr 17:06]

A basket case earlier in the season on 17:08 - Apr 5 with 1001 views | Bluecasp | Their Portuguese players decided not to sulk and actually try under a Portugese manager. They are a much better team than us. We looked weak second half.

There are clearly lessons for us to learn and looking at how Wolves have changed things would be a good place for McKenna to focus some energy.

A basket case earlier in the season on 17:18 - Apr 5 with 925 views | RedX | We seriously need to look at our scouting of foreign players. As an example, Wolves brought on Sarabia and we brought in Taylor. Wolves were very good today. Made us look very poor.

They're definitely not the worst side we have played this year, their second half form must actually be reasonably impressive [Post edited 5 Apr 17:27]

Not really fair to compare the 2 when we were a division lower than Wolves when they were signed. It's annoying that we're not able to take advantage of the international players market but we just don't have the infrastructure in place and it's not something you can just buy of the shelf. We are building this network but it'll take time. [Post edited 5 Apr 17:25]

3rd in the 6-match form table. Level on points with 2nd-place Palace. 13 pts from 6 matches.

Definitely a hangover from the Evans years We'll essentially be run on PL grounds for the next 3 seasons so that's the opportunity to bridge the gap
