I mean, it's workplace bullying. From the sounds of it, she wasn't popular and she didn't volunteer to take the test, they answered for her and made a joke of the results. If you're friendly with your colleagues it's a bit of bantz, but if you don't have good relations with them then it's bullying. Whether it's nearly £30k worth of bullying is another matter. |  |

NHS HR departments are appalling even by the low standards of the HR trade as a whole. This is almost certainly something that could and should have been nipped in the bud at middle management if not line management level before it got anywhere near this. [Post edited 7 May 19:40]
