Sone looks like he is in a good position to move into this department. He has been highly regarded all along. Perhaps Mass could move in coaching if he is happy to retire?

You could be right, but could also have little to no impact at all. Think it’s always difficult to say with coaching staff.

As others say, I reckon Sone might make the step up, but can see Mass going to play for another year before coaching.
