Poor old EADT 10:23 - Jul 9 with 1860 views

The poor old EADT seems to be really struggling for back page headlines due to the lack of anything coming out of PR.
Currently all we get is about rumours or ex players, some going back many seasons moving to so and so.
They really have stopped anything coming out of PR. Or is it just that nothing is happening ?
Maybe things will start to move when Omaro gets back after his two week break following his successful U21's campaign.
Of course I am hoping he stays and seeing as several have departed for various reasons if another one goes it's even more we have to get in.

This idea of football news over the summer is somewhat new.

I remember the EADT used (wisely) give up on football coverage in June in years gone by (think Burley's time, and probably significantly more recently than that).

All highlights from the last week or so. Must be hard for them to be fair, how can they cut through and justify a subscription fee when they aren’t front or centre of anything Town related, just churning out stuff to fill the pages that’s less insightful than most of what’s posted on here.

I think alot of the fall off of EADT was Andy Warren leaving, new fella clearly has next to no contacts hence the lack of exclusives. The amount they bang on about ex players is just odd

I tried to read something in their website the other day but had to give up. Unless you pay then you are absolutely bombarded with adverts and can probably only read one story in every four. Impossible to use the site or read anything.

A real shame as I used to always really value the option in Stuart and the team. Imagine it’s all a revenue thing and The Evening Star / EADT needing to say afloat.
