Only one of them wanted him and he agreed to leave, close to joining Palace too.
Where does the notion he’s loyal come from??
He stayed because ewe made him one of the best paid managers in football, and Brighton (rightly) didn’t want that risk.., they aged well for them, less so for us.
That doesn’t sound like what loyalty looks like.
He likely won’t go because he’s clearly not at the level where teams can afford him.., Celtic aren’t known to splash the cash, but he is a young profile and O’Neil wants a legacy appointment and he obviously has their ear. So it is possible.
Desmond spending money though.., that’s the only unlikely but…, KM being loyal, I just don’t see it.
He only gets back to the prem if he gets promoted. Celtic probably is a better route to a top premier league club.., because that would be easier to win trophies than to get us or anyone else promoted.
