No. Thats the issue.
We need a striker who can score goals. We arent going to get one who is capable of doing the hirst role as well as the delap one.

In the earlier years of Gamechanger, I'm sure that Ashton was very bullish about the player trading model, and the fact that he had a permanent short-list of replacements for all of our players.
Given that we've still not replaced Delap, and that I'd be almost certain that Akpom and Azon weren't on that list, I'd love to know precisely who was slated as the likely replacement for Delap. | |
