I don't know anyone who's ever taken it and most of my info on it comes from what I've read on here over last couple of years. But it sounds like it could be a miracle product for some people if used correctly.
I guess the thing is if/when you reach yer desired weight your then relying on implementing a fitness and diet regime or the weight just comes back on? |  | | |

That's the key piece, it helps people get down to a target weight, but to maintain that weight may mean lifestyle changes once you are off the treatment.
The way I see it, if people who struggle with their weight and are considered significantly overweight or obese can afford it and want to use it to reduce their weight from a point where it is causing health issues, then go for it.
What I struggle with is people using it who are not overweight but may have body image issues - this to me is not disimilar to having an eating disorder or similar and feeling you have to conform to certain aesthetic standards in life to be considered attractice or similar. | | | |

It's not meant to be a short fix to squeeze into a dress for a wedding or a party.

Not if they are paying for it. There are numerous private clinics who will prescribe it based on the info and photos you would submit.
It would be fraud if you were getting it free on the NHS but I would imagine you would have to be examined by your GP so you wouldn't get it if you weren't clinically obese. | |

There are now a number of ‘specialist dietary supplements’ to replace the nutritional loss from not eating properly while taking the jabs.
