I see the small NCP car park on Portman Road is closing on Friday.

I wonder if Gamechanger will buy the land and do something with it. Wouldn't be surprised, as they've already done this when the Staples site was up for sale.

Yes, I don't think the NCP car park is part of the multi story/aquatics centre redevelopment plans.

But as NCP is in administration and the car park is closing, I guess the land is up for grabs.
